Return and Exchange policy
We do not accept returns. We will issue refunds if double billing occurs when ordering but not due to technical glitches with the website or due to customer error. Exchanges are permitted if a product is damaged during the handling and packaging stage. Damages include severely torn or missing pages and or book covers as well as excessive staining. We also will approve a return if a shipping error occurs such as the wrong product was sent. Please email info@irememberher.net with the subject “Help” to initiate an exchange. Include your order no (if available), the reason for the exchange and a representative will get back to you within 24-48 hours. Customers must pay for return shipping.
Shipping policy
Shipping is free for orders $75 and over for regular orders. The minimum shipping requirement for free shipping is $100 for bulk orders. Bulk shipping and discounts are available for orders of 50 books or more. Order confirmations and tracking numbers will be sent upon receipt of order and payment. We are not responsible for lost or damaged orders as a result of negligence by third party mail carriers such as USPS, DHL, Fed Ex and or UPS. If assistance is needed to file a claim with one of our shipping partners, please contact us at info@irememberher.net and a representative will get back to you within 24-48 hours.
